What You Get
We believe that everyone should start training with a full bio-mechanical assessment. This assessment gives us the starting point to “train you safely” and a full picture of your body composition.
From there, we build a tailored programme according to your posture type. We consider muscle strengths and weaknesses, structural and/or genetic conditions and chronic illness or injury. We train so you feel improved strength, vitality and wellness. This is not a quick fix but rather a step by step change over a longer duration.
- Our body transformation programme, which runs for 12 weeks, is for those who are serious about transforming their fitness.This is a complete package and therefore requires devotion to all areas of your health and wellbeing.
- The body transformation programme often leads to the Package 10, a flexible, on-going package of 10 PT sessions which can be taken once or twice a week to fit around busy working lives.
- Package 6 is for those who prefer monthly payments and can take 6 PT sessions within a month.
- The single PT 1-2-1 session accompanies the written home programme (and review) to help keep you on track in your own gym or at home.
- Finally, on-going clients have access to a unique physical therapies service as part of their training. If you book in an independent bio-mechanical or injury assessment, GP reports are also available to purchase.
All services include full support, guidance and encouragement. Whatever your circumstance or finances, we aim to try to accommodate you and be flexible.
Current working hours are: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday.
Personal training Plans
Our personal training sessions are delivered by a trainer qualified to coach you through a range of appropriate exercise in order to achieve your desired level of fitness. Your plan will be bespoke to your body type, which we can establish through a bio-mechanical assessment, and tailored to your overall fitness goals.
Your trainer will help you to train safe which means they will always teach you the correct technique. You will learn discipline and develop willpower for regular exercise. After that, you will build confidence and achieve an increased level of strength and agility.
individual Personal Training Sessions
We prefer our training to be a step by step approach over a longer duration. This means ongoing progression without “shocking” or damaging your muscles in one-off “blast” sessions. However, if you cannot commit the required time or finance to regular PT sessions but still want to have some meaningful activity in your lives to keep them active, we have combined single PT sessions with written home programmes especially for you.
In the single session, we will gain understanding of your home training requirements and put together some helpful guidelines in an easy understandable format for you to follow. These individual single sessions allow us to “check in” and review progress on your training programme when the time feels right.

Written Exercise Programme
Nobody should train without an exercise programme, as a programme means you can measure your results, plot your progress, adjust your goals etc. Training without a programme is like sending a fisherman to fish without a net, no catch, no results. It’s the structured, consistency of a well written programme that will produce results for you.
There are a myriad of training types out there from Dynamic Strength Training to Circuit Training, through Cardio Training to High Intensity Interval Training (HITT). There are systems like cube and conjugate, there are sets like super sets and drop sets.

A bio-mechanical posture assessment is the starting point for the programme. This will help to identify any imbalances in your body structure that could cause or are causing you pain and discomfort.
The assessment will include manual tests and movements to check how well your muscles and joints are working and if there are any muscle imbalances to be corrected. We will investigate how your body is moving and functioning looking for any abnormalities and compensations, taking into account the impact of previous, recurring and current injuries.
The body functions best when it has good postural alignment, moves and distributes weight evenly and effortlessly. The assessment will guide your training programme to work towards this. A posture review will be conducted at the end of the 12 weeks to measure positive change.
1 x 1.5hr session
1 x 1hr review
Over the course of 12-weeks, you will receive 36 designed personal training sessions from a trainer qualified to coach you through a range of appropriate exercise in order to achieve your desired level of fitness.
Your programme will be bespoke to your body type, based on the results of your bio-mechanical assessment and tailored to your overall fitness goals. Your trainer will help you to train safe, using the correct technique, increase your discipline and willpower for exercise and build your self-confidence in your ability to achieve an increased level of strength and agility.
36 x 1hr sessions
Body Transformation is about much more than getting your body looking great, it’s also about getting your mind in good shape too.
Our motivational coach will be there with you, over the course of the 12 weeks, to help you discover what will put you firmly on the path to success and keep you on track so you achieve your goals.
We will work out your drivers for change, what gets in the way of success and how you can change your mindset so you begin to adopt new, healthy habits that support you in your long-term health and well-being.

3 x 1hr sessions
Nutritional coaching sessions, scheduled throughout the 12 weeks, are included to help you structure your eating, break unhealthy habits and ensure you are eating correctly for your training and to reach your goals.
You will be supported to create a food plan that suits your lifestyle, allowing you to track what you eat and create the all-important accountability that is needed to achieve results.

3 x 1hr sessions
The 3, 30-minute treatments of soft tissue therapy included in your package are designed to assist in the management of healthy muscle, tendons and ligaments. The treatment will focus on realigning the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, breaking down painful rigid tissue, increasing blood flow and improving range of movement.
The treatment will aim to relieve muscle tension, restore tired muscles helping them to repair and relax thereby promoting fresh vigour and increased flexibility.

A letter from a professional can often help you to put across information about your injury which you might forget or not completely understand therefore getting you to the right service more efficiently.
If you come to me for an injury assessment, I will assess your injury and give you treatment where that is beneficial to your recovery. However, there may be occasions when a further scan or a specific professional referral is the next step in your recovery. In this case, I can provide your GP with all assessment results thereby assisting your access to further services. In the past, these services have included referrals for blood tests, ultrasound and MRI scans, nerve conduction tests, orthopaedic and muscle and skeletal services and cancer services.
I qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2009 because preventing and helping people recover from injury is a special interest of mine. I have worked at an elite level in this field with Olympic Athletes at the 2012 London Games and UK Athletics Track and Field Teams.
Whether you are an elite athlete or you have never trained in a gym before, injuries can affect you at any age or any time. You might be experiencing pain, you might have lost power or balance or you might be struggling with the dexterity of everyday work tasks.
My qualifications allow me to assess you, offer you helpful treatment and write you a step-by step rehabilitation programme for you to recover and prevent that injury returning in the future.
